The Mission of the Kentucky Tactical Emergency Medical Services Association, Inc. is to advance the education and professionalism of emergency medical care providers with tactical EMS or Rescue Task Force duties and others who may find themselves preventing or confronting active violence incidents in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. This will be done through education, information sharing, tactics, techniques, training, and other resources through the networking of TEMS and RTF providers involved in preparation for and response to critical incidents/high risk operations in the Commonwealth of Kentucky as well as surrounding states. KYTEMS is a non-profit association.
